1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatioShift ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including employers, managers, and employees.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes related to employee shift management. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including phone-based authentication codes.
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee information, such as names, phone numbers, and availability preferences.
- Not using the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate communications, including SMS notifications.
- Complying with all applicable labor laws when creating and managing schedules.
3. SMS Notifications
By opting into SMS notifications (by texting "JOIN" to TBD), you consent to receive recurring messages about work schedules, shift changes, and reminders. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP". Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Consent page for details.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities under your account, including actions taken by managers or employees using your account credentials. StatioShift is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your credentials.
5. Subscription Plans
StatioShift offers annual and subscription plans.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your account data, including schedules and employee information, may be deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. StatioShift is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to scheduling errors, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., SMS providers).
8. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from such changes, including impacts on your scheduling operations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
